«Los locos de Villasimplona» is a children's book by Otfried Preussler, published by Círculo de Lectores, S.A. in paperback (152 pages, in Spanish).
The chronicler Jeremías Punto recounts the stories of Villasimplona, a town as peculiar as its neighbors: the simpletons, convinced of their great intelligence, turn any everyday situation into a ridiculous muddle. Their antics, told with humor, portray a community that never ceases to surprise.
