«Los poemas de Vera» is the children's poetry book by Mª José Rico Pedrazo, published by edebé in paperback (40 pages, in Spanish).
Vera is six years old and at home everyone calls her «lorito» because she talks nonstop, though she protests: she is not a parrot, but a girl named Vera. Through the poems, her playful voice and imagination turn everyday life into a stage full of words and rhythm.
It is number 37 in edebé's Tucán Azul collection. The illustrations are by Montserrat Adell Winkler and the recommended reading age is from 6 years old.
Designed for early readers from six years old and for adults who want to bring poetry closer to the little ones.
