«Lur izeneko oihana» is the children's book by Joanes Urkixo, published by Zubia Editoriala in paperback (112 pages, in Basque).
The story stems from a reflection on human harshness and selfishness: we fight among ourselves, we have damaged the planet and no one punishes us, but what if a punishment existed for everyone? Faced with that possibility, the narrative invites readers to correct their own mistakes and suggests that the reader may find the solution in these pages.
2000 edition within the Zubia Haur Literatura collection; cover illustration by Enrique Morente and recommended reading from age 8. Printed on 100% recycled paper.
Aimed at young readers from age 8, especially those who read in Basque.
