«Mafalda 7» is the seventh volume of Quino's humorous comic series, published by Lumen in paperback (96 pages, in Spanish).
Mafalda, a nonconformist and curious girl, observes the world with irony alongside her friends Felipe, Susanita, Manolito, Miguelito and Libertad. The strips combine humor and social criticism by questioning politics, economics and the absurdities of everyday life, turning a child's gaze into a reflection on society and the human condition.
The Lumen Gráfica collection includes the original Mafalda strip volumes, numbered 0 to 10.
For young and adult readers who enjoy satirical humor and social criticism.
Joaquín Salvador Lavado Tejón, better known by his pen name Quino, was an Argentine cartoonist. His comic strip Mafalda is popular in many parts of the Americas and Europe and has been praised for its use of social satire as a commentary on real-life issues.
