«Mañana tendremos otros nombres» is the contemporary fiction novel by Patricio Pron, published by Alfaguara in paperback (264 pages, in Spanish).
The novel follows an architect and an essayist living in Madrid whose four-year relationship breaks down. Through their doubts and their circle of friends, the narrative shows how social media, consumerism and the logic of the sentimental market condition intimacy and emotional bonds in the age of dating apps.
Winner of the 2019 Alfaguara Novel Prize, it was published on March 21, 2019 in the Hispánica collection.
A work aimed at the general public, particularly those who enjoy contemporary narrative and urban stories about emotional bonds.
