«Marcelo Crecepelos» is the children's book by Fernando Almena, published by Bruño in paperback (92 pages, in Spanish).
Marcelo is a young inventor whose ideas, such as a mechanical horse or a battery-powered cow, cause absurd situations in his town. The story combines humor, imagination and fantasy by showing how his gadgets, like the cow that refuses to give milk, trigger unexpected reactions among neighbors and animals.
Published in 1995, it is number 3 in Bruño's Estrellas Alta Mar collection and includes illustrations by Raquel Sabio. This is the second edition.
Recommended for children aged 8 and over and for young readers who enjoy stories about eccentric inventors.
