«Memoria visual de Madrid» is a book of vintage photography by José Antonio Izquierdo and Rosario Mariblanca (Ediciones La Libreria, paperback, 224 pages, Spanish).
The work brings together 212 old and unpublished photographs of Madrid, from a private collection. The images, many in black and white, trace a nostalgic journey through the city's visual history and are published as a tribute to Madrid and to its collector, who sought the original, interesting and fun photo to share.
It corresponds to the first edition, published in Spain in February 2007. The subtitle of the work is «Colección Izquierdo-Mariblanca».
A book for readers interested in the visual history of Madrid and in vintage and collectible photography.
