«Mensagem» is Fernando Pessoa's poetry collection, published by Ática in paperback (112 pages, in Portuguese).
Mensagem is the only book in Portuguese that Fernando Pessoa published in his lifetime. Between the epic and the lyrical, it reviews Portugal's past, reinterprets it from a mythical perspective and announces a glorious future; its three parts trace the cycle of birth, life and death that culminates in rebirth.
The cover places it in the Poetry collection of Fernando Pessoa's Complete Works, from Editorial Nova Ática.
For students of Portuguese literature and readers who want to approach the poetry of Fernando Pessoa and Portuguese modernism.
