«Mensagem» is Fernando Pessoa's poetry collection, published by Tuga Land in paperback (92 pages, in Portuguese).
Mensagem is the only poetry collection Fernando Pessoa published in his lifetime. Far from a classical epic, it works as a single poem that sings of Portugal's past glories and projects them into the future with the myth of the Fifth Empire. D. Sebastião embodies the Lusitanian heroes and the promise of a new dawn, between messianism and avant-gardism.
Aimed at readers of Portuguese poetry and those wishing to explore the Sebastianist myth and the work of Fernando Pessoa.
