«M'explico» is the memoir by Carles Puigdemont and Xevi Xirgo, published by La Campana in hardcover (680 pages, in Catalan).
Puigdemont recounts in the first person the path that led him to the presidency of the Generalitat and his departure from Catalonia into exile. He warns that it is not a complacent account nor free of self-criticism, and explains that he wrote these pages to better understand the past and prepare for the future, assuming that some episodes do not reflect well on any of their protagonists.
Published in July 2020, the book bears the subtitle De la investidura a l'exili and is part of the Divulgació collection.
A read for the general public interested in Catalan politics and in the figure of Carles Puigdemont.
