Mil de mil is a miscellaneous book by Andrés Trapiello, published in 1995 by Editorial Pre-Textos. Considered a further link in the series of diaries 'Salón de pasos perdidos', this book offers a mixture of stories, essays, biographies and various annotations. Trapiello reflects on the uncertainty of the future of a book and the connection between the writer and its readers, imagining his readers as supporters of an honest humor and a sentimental skepticism.
Andrés Trapiello is a noted Spanish poet and writer. He was born in Manzaneda de Torío, León, and studied at the University of Valladolid. He moved to Madrid in 1975, and has lived in the capital ever since.
