«Muerte entre poetas» is the mystery novel by Ángela Vallvey, published by Editorial Planeta in hardcover (360 pages, in Spanish).
At a poets' congress, one of the attendees is found murdered. Nacho Arán, a poet and meteorologist, arrives after the crime and, free from suspicion, investigates on his own among the guests. Almost all had motives against the dead man: intellectual refinement does not stop hatred or revenge. A nod to Agatha Christie.
Finalist for the Planeta Prize 2008, it belongs to the Spanish and Ibero-American Authors collection.
For readers of mystery novels with a literary atmosphere and for those who enjoy homages to Agatha Christie.
Ángela Vallvey Arévalo is a Spanish writer.
