«Nasreddin» is a collection of children's and young adult stories by Pablo Sastre Forest, published by Pamiela argitaletxea in paperback (110 pages).
The tales of Nasreddin, the legendary figure of the Sufi tradition who is said to have lived in Anatolia between the 13th and 15th centuries, star in this volume. Humor, wit and teaching combine in stories that, despite their remote origin, feel close; Basque culture links them with those of Peru or Pernando Amezketarra.
It is part of the Gazte Literatura collection, number 13. Published in 2010. Recommended reading age: 12 and up.
Recommended for young readers aged 12 and up and for those who enjoy folk tales full of humor and wisdom.
