«Oops!» is a humorous children's poetry book by Alan Katz, published by Margaret K. McElderry Books in hardcover (176 pages, in English).
Anthology of around a hundred poems in English, with drawings by Edward Koren. The verses play with school and family situations: annoying siblings, parents obsessed with cleaning, dentist visits, lost objects, smells and small everyday disasters, in a zany tone full of wordplay.
The illustrated edition was published on March 4, 2008. The final section, «Oops! There's More», adds jokes, the author's school memories and advice for young writers.
Aimed at children aged 7 to 10 and at adults who want to share the reading with the little ones.
