«Parola di Giobbe» is the humorous work by Giobbe Covatta, published in 1991 in paperback, with 139 pages in Italian.
Humorous parody of the Bible in which Covatta ironically answers catechism questions: how Cain and Abel populated humanity, why God destroyed Gomorrah, what odds betting shops offered for Goliath against David, or whether Jesus could add as well as multiply.
Translation of the original Neapolitan «Dicette Giobbe» by Paola Catella, with illustrations by Stefano Disegni.
For readers of irreverent humor and biblical parodies, with a style close to the comic monologue.
