«Pepo y la flor» is the children's story written by Elisa Mariscal and illustrated by Avi, published by Santillana in paperback (15 pages, in Spanish).
Pepo is a white rabbit holding a large red flower on the cover; the story develops the bond between the character and that flower, in a setting of pink and yellow flowers. A brief narrative with color illustrations, designed to show children the value of nature and spark their imagination.
Published in 2002 in Madrid, it is story 1 of the El Baúl Encantado collection and is illustrated in color by Avi.
Aimed at young children and early readers, due to its short length and gentle theme around nature.
