«Planeta de exilio» is the science fiction novel by Ursula K. Le Guin, published by Edhasa in paperback (224 pages, in Spanish).
The novel takes place on the distant planet Eltanin, where a colony of the Planetary League has been isolated for six hundred years and endures winters that last fifteen years. As the barbarian Gaals approach, the colonists must decide whether to join the native Hilfs, with whom they have had no contact for centuries, to survive the final winter.
«Planeta de exilio» is the second novel of the Hainish Cycle (Ekumen saga), originally published in 1966 as «Planet of Exile»; translated by Enrique Obregón.
