«Ratoncita en el circo» is the children's story by Nathalie Pons, published by Lynx Edicions in paperback (55 pages, in Spanish).
A circus arrives in town and Ratoncita is fascinated to see a lion, although he seems sad: locked in his cage, he longs for the freedom of the savannah. She wishes she were as big and strong as him, so she comes up with the idea of using the magician's magic box and swapping their lives so that both can know what it's like to live the other's. Includes a section of facts about lions.
Sixth title in the «Alas de papel» collection (Orange series), with illustrations by Anna Llenas Serra and Carles Salom Galofre.
Ideal story for early readers aged 5 and up, with expressive illustrations and a simple introduction to the lives of lions.
