Immerse yourself in the epic saga of Avalon with 'Ravens of Avalon' by Diana L. Paxson, a prequel to Marion Zimmer Bradley's 'The Forest House'. The story follows the Roman conquest of Britain, where a Celtic princess becomes her people's defender against the brutal conquerors, while her priestess mentor becomes a guardian of Druid traditions. This paperback edition from Roc, published in 2009, will transport you to a world of wonderfully intertwined history, myth, and fantasy.
