«Retales del pasado» is an anthology of historical short stories by nineteen authors, published by Pàmies in paperback (288 pages, in Spanish).
Nineteen authors contribute as many historical short stories spanning varied eras and settings, from the Iberian Peninsula to the East. There are warlords, sailors, friars, artists, and women who defied their time. Author royalties go to the Biblioteca Viva de al-Ándalus, an organization dedicated to cultural heritage.
This is the first edition, published in 2015 in the Histórica collection by Ediciones Pàmies.
For readers of historical fiction who want to discover several Spanish authors of the genre through short stories.
