«Sarkozy, tu nous manques déjà !» is the satirical comic by Cabu, Cardon, Delambre and others, published by JC Lattès in paperback (96 pages, in French).
The book collects caricatures by the cartoonists of Le Canard Enchaîné with Nicolas Sarkozy as the protagonist. It includes unpublished drawings and others already published in the weekly, some co-authored by Cabu and Wozniak. In thematic sections, it reviews the 'bling-bling', his relationships with women, immigration, the environment and the link with DSK.
The book's authors grouped together in the association Scorbut.eu to create this tribute; the February 2012 edition includes a foreword by Jean-Luc Porquet.
For fans of political satire, graphic humor and French press caricature, particularly interested in the figure of Nicolas Sarkozy.
Jean Maurice Jules Cabut, known by the pen-name Cabu, was a French comic strip artist and caricaturist. He was murdered in the January 2015 shooting attack on the Charlie Hebdo newspaper offices. Cabu was a staff cartoonist and shareholder at Charlie Hebdo.
