Se tiene que morir mucha gente

Synopsis of Se tiene que morir mucha gente

Victoria Martín's first novel narrates with irreverence and irony the story of four friends who face a life they did not expect. Bárbara, addicted to anxiety pills and obsessed with money, works as a script assistant. Maca, her friend, is an aspiring actress who only receives rejections. Their lives change when Elena, a former classmate, invites them to a gender reveal party and then moves in with them after leaving her husband. Fabiola, an influencer with a 'sustainable' jewelry brand, joins the group. Together, these four friends must face a life that is not what they really wanted or expected, in a novel that narrates with irony the inaction in the face of everyday problems and the reunion to discover that the only thing they have in common is the passage of time.
