Within the Buddhist tradition, this book, 'Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior', uses the image of the kingdom of Shambhala to represent the ideal of secular enlightenment. Over the years, the Shambhala teachings have gained fame for their simplicity and effectiveness, inspired by the verse of Antonio Machado: 'the path is made by walking'. This book offers a healthy and complete existence, beyond the barriers of sects and closed dogmas.
