«Simpson: La prosa púrpura de Springfield» is the humor comic by Matt Groening, published by Círculo de Lectores in hardcover (48 pages, in Spanish).
The book is conceived as Lisa Simpson's personal diary: across its pages, the middle daughter of the family writes about her daily life in Springfield, her family and her way of seeing the world. The color illustrations show Homer, Marge, Bart and Maggie alongside the big red diary.
Published in 2004, this book is based on the animated series The Simpsons and the cover shows the 20th Century Fox copyright notice.
Aimed at fans of The Simpsons and readers of humor comics, with recognizable characters from the series and an illustrated diary format.
