«Siro, el profeta» is the humor comic by Fernando Cortés Blancafor «Nando» and Miguel Gila Cuesta, published by PPC Editorial in hardcover (98 pages).
The panels show Siro, a prophet who observes with endearing irony the contradictions of Christians and institutions. The work combines social and personal critique with a hopeful approach, supported by faith in God's action in history, and avoids easy criticism to leave an optimistic message.
Volume 2 of the collection «El libro del buen humor», published in 2005; José Luis Coll appears as a collaborator.
A comic intended for adult readers interested in humor, Christian spirituality and social critique with a hopeful outlook.
