«Solo amor» is the romantic novel by Erich Segal, published by Planeta in hardcover (248 pages, in Spanish).
Doctor Matthew Hiller faces a sentimental dilemma: he recalls the intense love he experienced in his youth and compares it with what he feels in the present. The novel asks whether first loves are stronger and more real than current ones and whether he should be guided by reason or by the heart.
Published in 1999, it is Natalia Carrero's translation of the English original «Only Love» and belongs to Planeta's Bestseller mundial collection. Edition with illustrated dust jacket.
