«¿Sopitas con canela?» is the children's verse narrative by María Victoria Moreno, published by Ediciones SM in paperback (64 pages, in Spanish).
A waitress serves the protagonist an unusual breakfast: a bowl full of letters. Those letters join together to tell him the story of Iván and his dog Nica, two great friends who grow sad when they part each morning and regain their joy upon reuniting. The verse narrative presents friendship as a remedy against loneliness and sadness.
The work belongs to the El Barco de Vapor Blanca collection, number 62, and includes illustrations by Manuel Uhía.
Intended for early readers aged 6 to 7.
