«Storytime for 4 Year Olds» is the collection of children's stories and rhymes by Joan Stimson, published by Ladybird in hardcover (32 pages, in English).
It brings together a selection of humorous, contemporary stories and rhymes aimed specifically at four-year-olds. These are short tales with fun characters, designed to be read aloud: they work as a calming moment before bed or as an activity during play.
The work belongs to Ladybird's Storytime series, a collection organised by age group; this edition was published in 1994.
Recommended for four-year-olds and for adults who want short stories to read together, before bed or during play.
