«Suite à l'hôtel Crystal» is the novel by French writer Olivier Rolin, published by Seuil in paperback (256 pages, in French).
Stories in hotel rooms around the world, from Brive-la-Gaillarde to Tokyo, featuring characters such as a femme fatale, a former Soviet colonel, or a Syrian poet. The tales are presented as fragments found in an abandoned suitcase and invite speculation about the complete work: autobiography, adventure novel, hotel guide, or a Georges Perec apocryphon?
It belongs to the «La Librairie du XXIe siècle» collection from Seuil; original French edition of 2004.
For readers of contemporary fiction interested in French literature.
Olivier Rolin is a French writer. He won the Prix Femina in 1994, for his novel Port-Soudan.
