«T'estimo si he begut» is the short story collection by Empar Moliner, published by Quaderns Crema in paperback (208 pages, in Catalan).
Thirteen stories about everyday situations taken to the limit: a feminist group prepares a talk against discrimination, a man gets angry with his partner over an unfaithful dream, and a couple attends a compulsory course for adoptive parents. With irony and bitter humor, the author portrays the contradictions of modern life.
The book belongs to the Biblioteca Mínima collection (no. 142) and won the Lletra d'Or Prize 2005.
Recommended for readers interested in contemporary short fiction and in Catalan literature with a touch of acid humor.
