«The Clumsy Crocodile» is the children's book by Felicity Everett, published by Usborne Publishing Ltd in hardcover with audio CD (64 pages, in English).
Cassy is a clumsy crocodile who gets a job at the Everglades department store, and her mere presence turns the day into chaos of broken objects and absurd situations. Among customers, shop assistants and shelves, her time in the store proves far more eventful than she expected.
It belongs to the Young Reading Series 2 of the Usborne reading program and includes illustrations by Alex de Wolf. The series uses sentences of varied length and more challenging vocabulary.
Recommended for children aged 6 and up who already read with more fluency and are looking for short, humorous stories.
