«The Prayer of Jabez: Breaking Through to the Blessed Life» is the Christian essay by Bruce Wilkinson, published by Multnomah in hardcover (93 pages).
The book examines the brief prayer of Jabez, a little-known biblical character, and explains how his four requests —blessing, expansion of territory, divine presence and protection— can be applied to daily life. Wilkinson proposes repeating this prayer every day to leave the past behind and live a blessed life.
English edition originally published in 2000 within the The BreakThrough Series; winner of the ECPA Christian Book of the Year 2001.
