«The Vampire» is the children's story by Enric Lluch Girbés, published by Algar Editorial in hardcover (32 pages, in English).
Ladislaus is a vampire with a serious problem: his fangs are not sharp, so he cannot scare anyone or bite appetizing necks. The story follows his attempts to fix this situation and shows, with humor, how hard a vampire's life can be when he lacks the most essential thing.
Second title in the The Chest Full of Monsters collection. With 14 illustrations by Fernando Falcone and translation from Catalan to English by Stephen Jennings. Published in 2010.
It is aimed at young readers aged 6 and up, especially those who enjoy monster stories and humor.
