«Time Management» is Ian Fleming's pocket guide to time management, published by Management Pocketbooks in paperback (128 pages, in English).
The book starts from the idea that effective use of time is not just about making better use of your calendar: it reviews management techniques such as setting objectives, making decisions, solving problems, managing relationships, communicating effectively and handling paperwork.
Fifth revised edition of the guide, originally published in 1999 within the Management Pocketbooks series.

Ian Lancaster Fleming was a British writer, best known for his postwar James Bond series of spy novels. Fleming came from a wealthy family connected to the merchant bank Robert Fleming & Co., and his father was the Member of Parliament for Henley from 1910 until his death on the Western Front in 1917. Educated at Eton, Sandhurst, and, briefly, the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the University of Geneva, Fleming moved through several jobs before he started writing.
