«Tu vara y tu cayado me sosiegan» is a religious essay by Francisco Cerro Chaves, published by Monte Carmelo in paperback (64 pages, in Spanish).
The author reflects on the Good Shepherd psalm and applies it to Christian life and the pastoral mission of the bishop. Christ gives his life for his sheep and the shepherd knows his own; from this key, the book invites readers to be confirmed in faith, hope and charity and to live the communion of the whole Church.
It belongs to the Agua Viva collection and is the first edition, published on July 1, 2009 in Burgos.
Intended for readers interested in Christian spirituality and ecclesiastical pastoral care, especially the pastoral visit of a bishop.
