Synopsis of Una mujer llega al pueblo
Eulalia regresa embarazada a su pueblo natal para dar a luz a su bebé, pero todo el pueblo la rechaza. Desesperada, se refugia en una cueva para tener una niña que fallece en el parto. Solo un pescador enamorado platónicamente de Eulalia la ayudará en una época en España en la que la moralidad impide que el pueblo la asista en los tres días en los que se sitúa esta historia. Mercedes Salisachs describe con maestría el ambiente de la España de aquella época localizada en la brevedad de un pueblo situado en la Costa Brava, cuya protagonista es una mujer que precisa ayuda urgente sin que nadie pueda llegar a proporcionársela.
