«Una pared al sol» is a collection of short stories and a novella by Tomás Salvador, published by Ediciones G.P. in paperback (230 pages, in Spanish).
The book opens with the novella that gives the volume its title and continues with some ten stories featuring children, vagrants and outcasts. It alternates lyricism and harshness in crime pieces such as «La pistola perdida», science fiction such as «La necesidad de morir» and social criticism such as «Quince años no han bastado».
The work appeared in 1982 as number 650 of the Reno collection, within the Ediciones G.P. catalogue. It corresponds to the first edition.
For readers of twentieth-century Spanish fiction who appreciate stories with marginal characters and a tone between lyricism and social criticism.
