«Una sombra ya pronto serás» is the novel by Argentine writer Osvaldo Soriano, published by Grijalbo Mondadori in paperback (154 pages, in Spanish).

The protagonist, a man without money, travels the endless roads of the Pampa and always ends up in the same place, meeting the same characters: dreamers imprisoned by their own illusions, pathetic victims of a reality that overwhelms them. It is a story about broken dreams and the search for meaning in a desolate world.
