«Zikoinen kabian sartuko naiz» is the young adult work by Joxemari Iturralde, published by Ediciones Pamiela in paperback (93 pages, in Basque).
The narrative begins with the voice of a boy who confesses he likes seeing his father sick in bed: with the sheets up to his nose, in the middle of winter, he prefers rain, cold and snow, because then his father, sweating, pale and breathless, cannot even watch Basque television.
Originally published in 1986, it is part of Pamiela's children's and young adult catalogue. ISBN-13: 9788476810194; ISBN-10: 8476810199.
Reading intended for young readers who are starting or deepening their reading in Basque.
