«Buscadores de Dios II» is an essay on Christian spirituality by José-Román Flecha, published by Ediciones Sígueme in paperback (216 pages, in Spanish).
The starting point is that the great figures of the Bible still have something to say today. The author focuses on Noah, Judith, Absalom, Judas Maccabeus, Ruth and Jeremiah, presenting them as seekers of God whose trajectory, with its lights and shadows, condenses the history of a people and speaks to the concerns and longings of the present.
The work belongs to the Atenas-Pedal collection, where it is number 206, and its subtitle is «Entre el recuerdo y la profecía». It was published on May 1, 1993.
For readers interested in Christian spirituality and in an up-to-date reading of biblical figures.
