«Cançons i contes per abans d'anar a dormir» is a children's book with CD by Eduard Estivill and Montse Domènech (Ara Llibres, hardcover, 128 pages, Catalan).
The book proposes that the time before sleep be a shared routine: it brings together traditional songs performed by Eduard Estivill and stories to sing and learn as a family. Highlights from the CD include «El poll i la puça», «Ratolinet» and «Estimada Doris», with the doctor's advice on rest and child education.
First edition, published in 2009. The songs on the disc are performed by the authors themselves.
For families with young children who want songs and stories in Catalan to accompany the bedtime routine.
