Synopsis of De man van nu
De man van nu es una novela gráfica innovadora que presenta una versión ultramoderna de Romeo y Julieta, ambientada en dos dimensiones temporales distintas. Esta obra es el resultado de una colaboración única entre el dibujante holandés Hanco Kolk y el belga Kim Duchateau, donde cada uno se encarga de ilustrar una de las dimensiones de la historia. La trama sigue a Rafael Fallstaf, quien se enamora perdidamente de Sylvia, una mujer que habita en una dimensión temporal diferente. Rafael puede verla, pero no puede verla moverse ni tocarla, ya que el contacto físico resultaría fatal para ambos. Sin embargo, cuando Sylvia se encuentra en peligro de muerte, Rafael se ve obligado a intervenir, desencadenando consecuencias dramáticas en este inusual relato de amor y ciencia ficción.
