«Desencuentros» is a collection of short stories by Luis Sepúlveda, published by Tusquets Editores in paperback (248 pages, in Spanish).
Luis Sepúlveda gathered in this volume twenty-seven stories, some unpublished or scattered in hard-to-find editions, about the small failures that divert desires, loves, and projects. The stories lead to port cafés, conspiracies, workshops, and second-hand bookstores, with characters living on the edge.
Luis Sepúlveda personally selected the stories that make up this book, belonging to the Andanzas collection (number 303) and published in May 1997.
For readers of Latin American short fiction and for those who want to discover Luis Sepúlveda's brief narrative.
