«Dones de Sant Andreu» is the historical essay by M. Isabel Segura Soriano, published by Barcelona City Council in 2001, with 110 pages, in Catalan.
The book traces the presence and imprint of women in the Barcelona district of Sant Andreu through itineraries and stories that combine urban memory and everyday life, and, with a social-history approach, documents how they took part in shaping the neighborhood and recovers female experiences rarely present in the official chronicle.
The book is part of the «Quaderns» collection of the Arxiu Municipal del Districte de Sant Andreu, number 1.
A volume of interest for readers of local Barcelona history and for those studying the role of women in urban memory.
