«Els negocis del senyor Gat» is a humorous children's story by Gianni Rodari, published by Anaya Infantil y Juvenil in paperback (88 pages, in Catalan).
Mr. Gat opens a grocery store with a very peculiar product: canned mice. He has an efficient cashier and assistant, advertising brings results, and orders keep increasing. The business looks promising, but the mice, unsurprisingly, see it differently.
Part of the Sopa de Llibres collection, with illustrations by Montse Ginesta. Recommended reading from age 8.
For young readers who enjoy absurd humor and animal protagonists.
