«Les ensopegades de l'Alícia Paf» is a children's book by Gianni Rodari, published by Barcanova in paperback (80 pages, in Catalan).
Alícia Paf is a girl who constantly gets into trouble but always comes out on top. She is not surprised to fall into a page full of illustrations and talk to the wolf, nor to end up inside an inkwell or travel in a soap bubble. Each episode turns the absurd into a game of imagination.
It belongs to the collection 'Sopa de Llibres. Serie Taronja', includes illustrations by Montse Ginesta and is recommended for early readers aged 5 to 8.
Designed for boys and girls aged 5 to 8 who are starting to read in Catalan and enjoy wild stories full of imagination.
Giovanni Francesco "Gianni" Rodari was an Italian writer and journalist, most famous for his works of children's literature, notably Il romanzo di Cipollino. For his lasting contribution as a children's author, he received the biennial Hans Christian Andersen Medal in 1970. He is considered Italy's most important 20th-century children's author, and his books have been translated into many languages, though few have been published in English.
