«Pinyons de maduixa» is Josep Gòrriz's children's adventure book, published by Barcanova in paperback (104 pages, in Catalan).
In the world of imagination live five peculiar fairy-tale characters: a ghost who prefers telling jokes, a vain witch, an absent-minded wizard, a vegetarian ogre and a sweet-toothed mermaid. A mad sage, annoyed by their behavior, turns their world grey. The children Helena and Bernat hold the magic formula to bring back their color.
It belongs to the Sopa de Llibres collection, Taronja series, and includes illustrations by Marta Balaguer. Recommended reading from age 8.
Suitable for early readers starting to read in Catalan, with fantastical characters and humorous situations.
