«Iniciar la oración» is a Christian prayer guide by Dolores Aleixandre and Teresa Berrueta (Editorial CCS, paperback, 68 pages, Spanish).
It brings together articles that appeared in Proyecto Catequista, the predecessor publication of the magazine Catequistas, and proposes an initiation to prayer. In two parts, it first deals with the senses as basic conditions of the person who prays and then the Lord's Prayer, presented as the prayer of Jesus and as a school of the attitudes of the one who prays.
It is number 1 of the Cuadernos CPC collection, linked to Proyecto Catequista. Published in 1999.
Suitable for catechists and for readers who want to begin in Christian prayer.
