In this book, Antonio Piñero Sáenz examines the figure of Jesus of Nazareth through canonical and apocryphal texts. Jesus is presented as an enigmatic and complex figure, whose true identity remains largely unknown due to the contradictions in the available historical documents. The author appeals to ancient sources to show that the texts offer contradictory information about his life, deeds, doctrine, and theology. This work is a reference for those interested in Christianity and the historical figure of Jesus.
