«L'elefant golafre» is the children's picture book by Rafael Ordóñez, published by Kalandraka in hardcover (40 pages).
In the savannah, a gluttonous elephant and other animals (a lion, a panther, a gazelle, a hen and a frog) go in search of the fruit each one wants to eat. The story chains scenes with repetitions, plays with rhymes and alternates the narrator's voice with the characters' dialogues, with a humorous tone.
The work features illustrations by Marc Taeger and belongs to the collection «Primers lectors».
Recommended for early readers, especially children aged 6 to 7, and also for those who already read independently.
